Jason Burke, LAc

Jason Burke, L.Ac. received his training at Emperor’s College in Santa Monica, California, one of the oldest and most respected acupuncture schools in the country. The four-year full-time course of study entailed in-depth study of modern as well as ancient approaches to health, and 950 hours of clinical practice, under the guidance of many brilliant acupuncturists.

Jason has been in professional practice since 2002. In his first year, he apprenticed at a low-cost clinic in Portland, OR, where he treated hundreds of people for a broad range of conditions. Since then he has diligently sought out the most effective techniques available, such as the Balance Method, Tung style acupuncture, and Zhu’s scalp acupuncture.

He most recently worked in a busy pain clinic in Dubuque, IA from 2007 to 2009.

Jason also studies advanced herbal medicine with Sharon Weizenbaum of White Pine Healing Arts in Massachusetts.
